Please read our return policy below carefully before placing an order or making a payment.


All new items of this store can be returned under the following circumstances:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase;
  • Items need to be in the original package it was posted in, although this can include items that are unopened, opened or lightly used;
  • Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it;
  • Refund will be given as money back and issued back to your original method of payment;
  • Original postage will be deducted from the total purchase price before refunding;
  • When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way (our responsibility):
    • We provide buyers with a return postage label for free, and the buyer is responsible for the packaging.
  • When the buyer purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or they no longer want the item (buyers’ responsibility):
    • Buyer pays for return postage and packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
  • Any item delivered after the estimated delivery date due to courier delays and not ours.

While we endeavour to provide superior customer services through offering returns in most cases, however, under certain circumstances we do not accept returns:

  • You misused a product and have caused or contributed to the failure of the goods, for example, by damaging or misusing the goods;
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged naturally after shipment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to discuss details of exchange process.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, contact us to obtain our return address.

Depending on your situation, we will provide you with a free return postage label, or you will be required to pay for the shipping costs for returning the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (shipping cost incurred when sending item to you) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
