Thank you for choosing BerserKeys for your mechanical keyboards, switches, keycaps, and keyboard kits needs. This Limited Warranty outlines the terms and conditions under which we warrant our products, offering clarity and assurance in your purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

BerserKeys warrants our mechanical keyboards, switches, keycaps, and keyboard kits against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (for keyboards, keyboard kits, and switches), and 6 months (for keycaps) from the date of purchase. The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Covered Items:

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to keyboard switches, keycaps, electronic components for keyboards, and components for keyboard kits.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or external causes such as acts of nature. Additionally, it does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or use with incompatible products. The warranty is void once the prebuilt keyboard is disassembled in any way by the user.

Limitations:

This warranty is subject to limitations that include the conditions mentioned in the above section Exclusions, as well as any other restrictions specified in the product documentation.

Warranty Claim Process:

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Contact Us or support@berserkeys.com.au within the warranty period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the product’s serial number.
  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing and follow any instructions provided by our support team.
  4. If the product qualifies for warranty service, you will receive instructions on returning the product.

Warranty Service:

BerserKeys will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or components with new or refurbished parts. If the product or components are unavailable, a suitable replacement of equal or greater value will be provided.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to BerserKeys for warranty service. BerserKeys will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer. Do not ship the product to its original manufacturer.

Limitations of Liability:

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects. BerserKeys is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other indirect damages.

Governing Law:

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through legal proceedings in the applicable jurisdiction.
