General

By participating in a group buy or pre-order, you agree to these terms and conditions, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Group Buys

Definition

A group buy is a purchasing model where multiple customers combine their orders to reach a minimum quantity required for production.

Participation

To participate in a group buy, you must place an order through our designated group buy page during the specified period.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing a group buy order. This payment secures your participation and is necessary to meet the minimum order quantity for production.

Minimum Order Quantity

Group buys are contingent on reaching a minimum order quantity (different for different products). If the minimum is not met, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

Production and Delivery Time

Production times for group buys vary and are subject to change based on manufacturer schedules. Estimated production and delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders in a group buy can be cancelled before the end of the group buy period, but any cancellation will be subject to a 3% non-refundable cancellation fee. Once the group buy period has ended, orders are generally non-cancellable. Refunds are only available if the minimum order quantity is not met or in case of product defects upon delivery.

Pre-Orders

Definition

A pre-order allows customers to purchase items that are not yet in stock but will be available at a future date.

Participation

To place a pre-order, you must complete the purchase process through our designated pre-order page.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. This secures your item when it becomes available.

Estimated Availability

Estimated availability dates are provided for pre-ordered items. These dates are subject to change due to unforeseen production or shipping delays.

Cancellations and Refunds

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the product is shipped, but any cancellation will be subject to a 3% non-refundable cancellation fee. Once the item is shipped, standard Return Policy applies.

If other in-stock items are ordered together with group buy or pre-order items, they will be shipped in the same package as the group buy or pre-order items only when the latter are available. If you prefer to receive the in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order.

Returns
