Do you ship your items overseas?

Yes, absolutely! We can ship to most countries in the world with only a few exceptions. You can find your country from the drop-down menu of shipping destination in your shopping cart and checkout. If you can’t find your country, it means we don’t currently ship to that country.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We mainly use Australia Post and both standard and express shipping are available for you to choose from. We may also use Sendle from time to time, depending on your location and your order’s weight and dimension, etc.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship all orders from Sydney NSW. For domestic shipping, all dispatched orders will usually take 1-6 business days to arrive, depending on a number of factors such as your location, and shipping method you selected on checkout.

For international shipping, it usually takes 5-8 business days for New Zealand, 6-10 business days for most countries in Asia Pacific and North America, and 8-12 business days for most European countries. But it can take up to 25 business days for some other countries.

How much are your shipping costs?

All domestic orders with a subtotal of over AUD$100 (with tax and discount, without shipping fee itself) will be offered a FREE standard shipping option at checkout. All domestic orders with a subtotal of over AUD$150 (with tax and discount, without shipping fee itself) will be offered a FREE express shipping option at checkout. Orders under AUD$100 are subject to shipping fees depending on your order’s weight/dimension and your location in Australia. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

All international orders with a subtotal of over Certain Amount* (with tax and discount, without shipping fee itself) will be offered a FREE shipping option at checkout. Orders under Certain Amount* are subject to shipping fees depending on your location and order’s weight/dimension. Full price will be displayed at checkout. In most cases, you may be required to pay import taxes (if applicable) to the Customs of your country.

Do you have discount coupons?
