Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the affiliate program.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the participation of affiliates (“Affiliates,” “you,” or “your”) in the Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Berserk Keys / https://berserkeys.com.au (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before joining the Program.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for participation in the Program, Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Affiliates are required to have an active account with Berserk Keys to promote and refer potential customers to our products/services.

Enrollment:

To become an Affiliate, interested individuals must apply through our official Affiliate sign-up process.

We reserve the right to accept or reject Affiliate applications at our discretion. Reasons for rejection may include but are not limited to content that promotes violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or violates intellectual property rights.

Commission Structure:

As an Affiliate, you will earn a commission for each successful sale referred by you. The commission amount will be based on Berserk Keys’ standard commission rates as provided in our Affiliate Program documentation.

Commissions are valid only for completed and verified sales resulting from your unique referral link or code.

Commission rates are subject to change at any time, and we will notify Affiliates of such changes via email or through the Affiliate portal.

Cookie Duration:

We use cookies to track referrals. The standard cookie duration is 30 day. This means that if a user clicks on your referral link and makes a purchase within the cookie duration, you will receive the commission for that sale.

Payment:

Commissions will be paid to Affiliates on a manual or scheduled basis, depending on the Affiliates’ own choice, subject to a minimum payout threshold (TBA).

Payments will be made through manual Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Stripe. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to receive their commissions.

Any commissions earned through fraudulent or dishonest activities will not be eligible for payment.

Prohibited Activities:

Affiliates must not engage in any activity that may harm the reputation or interests of Berserk Keys.

Affiliates are prohibited from using spam or any unethical marketing tactics to promote our products/services.

Affiliates must not misrepresent Berserk Keys, its products, or services in any way.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by giving written notice to the other party.

Termination of the Agreement will result in the forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or this Agreement at any time and for any reason. We will provide notice of such changes to Affiliates.

Miscellaneous:

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
